LBZ-LA Singe-side-PE-coated Paper Cup Forming Machine

Brief Introduce :

LBZ-LA type single PE coated paper cup machine is the automatic environmental machine with multi-running positions.
This machine runs a whole procedure of paper-feeding , cup-fan-wall sealing, oiling, bottom punching, heating, rolling,rimming, rounding and tripping.
It is an idea equipment of producing drinking cup, ice-cream cup and other food cone-shaping containers.This type paper cup machine is mainly used to make one side PE coated paper cups from 3 oz to 18 oz.

the top curling diameter, from 2.4mm to 5mm, this is decided by the paper weight(the paper thickness),

Finished Products' Usage:

Single side PE coated paper cups are widely used for hot drinks( hot coffee cups, hot water), some cold drinks(ice-cream cups). One side PE coated paper cups is not suitable for some certain beverage: coca-cola, coke, cold beer. The reason is when a certain beverage or cold beverage filling in one side PE coated paper cups, the paper become softened and the water will leak out slowly.
IF you really want to produce the cups filling beverage or cold drinks, recommend you use double PE coated paper cups produced by LBZ-LB double sides PE coated paper cup machine
